Welcome to All Weather Angler, the fishing website of Steve Slone.
This website was formed in 2010 to give an insight into my passion for coarse fishing. My first experience of going fishing was over 50 years ago, as a young boy I accompanied my dad on a trip to a local pond, if I recall he did not catch many, a few small roach but the anticipation of waiting for the float to go under was exciting & the seed was sown.

About Myself

I am an angler from the North West of England & my preferred method of fishing is to use a pole. The pole that I have used for the last 7 years is a Maver Medusa 14.5mtr. I fish for all types of fish & will use the waggler & leger when the conditions/water dictates.

It's ten years since I started my website and over the years I have visited quite a few fisheries in the north west of England,please check out the archive reports. I hope the site is of interest & informative and that you will return to view the coming reports of new venues I visit in the future.
